In the Fall of 2023, I collaborated with a 14-student design-build team in partnership with Florida Atlantic University’s School of Architecture (FAU SoA) and Habitat for Humanity to design and construct custom playhouses for local families. For the initial concept phase, I proposed an organic shelter design inspired by curved architecture and natural forms, centered on the geometry of a stretched sphere. The concept focused on environmental integration, structural longevity, and an abstract, imaginative approach centered around play.
