During the summer of 2023, I co-led the Dream Storytellers Communications Internship alongside eight high school students at Path to College, a nonprofit dedicated to securing debt-free college access for high-achieving, under-resourced youth.
Together, we collaborated on the editorial and visual direction of the organization’s 2024 Annual Report. Through hands-on workshops, I mentored the cohort as they developed practical skills in visual storytelling, narrative curation, photo selection, and content creation. They synthesized their creative contributions using Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator.
When the internship concluded, I developed a polished, publication-ready design in Adobe InDesign that presents the students’ potential and the organization's impact on key donors and stakeholders
